  Nate is an awesome employee and he's pretty funny. On top of that. He helped me install a very difficult to reach battery. He definitely went the extra mile. Another store I had originally called said with my particular car I would have to take it to a service shop for them to remove parts to get to the battery. Nate was like" I got this" and he did.

  Mathew was extremely helpful and professional at the chamberlayne ave richmond location. From switching my batterie to even getting locked out of my car. I felt I was in good hands thanks to him!

  I don't normally write reviews online, but I couldn't go without expressing my gratitude for this team. CJ in particular helped install a new battery for a Jeep Renegade, a process that's become more difficult with newer cars. I'm sure there's an argument grounded in engineering principles for this, but it doesn't change the fact that many places would have you go find your own mechanic to pay for what used to be simple installations. More significantly, I had the battery replaced after several never-before-seen warning indicators came on at once, which suggested to me an electrical issue. Unfortunately, the problem wasn't resolved with a simple battery fix (no worries; it was time to change it regardless). As I was about to leave, CJ offered to run a diagnostic check, which yielded all the information I needed to uncover the (very specific) problem. Although CJ helped me firsthand, I would also like to note the sheer comradery among the workers there. Another gentleman (didn't catch his name) offered his opinion as well for the unprecedented issue I was facing. Everyone was highly respectful and friendly, even on a chilly evening before the weekend. I have found such traits to be increasingly rarer in workplaces as the years go by, and this place reminded me of a better time. It will be my go-to auto shop for the foreseeable future.

  I had a great experience at this AutoZone. Garret, Matthew, and Ms. Nina we’re so kind and helpful in helping me with my key fobs batteries. Their patience and kindness was greatly appreciate it and I just wanted to give them a shout out for wonderful customer service. Thank you so much you guys are the best next time I am in Richmond and have some car care needs you will be my first stop. Thank you again.

  Cj B was very helpful! He helped me instal my new key fob battery. He noticed my screw was loose so he taped it up for me so it wouldn’t fall out (I asked him too). Amazing service very helpful given that I am a young lady who doesn’t know much about cars.
