  As I was leaving for work, I saw a dashboard warning light was on indicating low tire pressure, went to fill it up, but tire was clearly becoming flat and air not working. Called Allen tire at 845, they were very busy but they were able to fit me in at 10, so I wouldn't have to call out of work. It's a new job, so I'm incredibly grateful! I also appreciate their willingness to provide education about my cars function, in a way that I understand. And last but not least, I've never met anyone that works at the Allen tire near Robious, that isn't polite, they really are great! Fortunately, my tire had a little but very short nail in it and they were able to fix and patch it from the inside and it cost about 36$ which seemed to be a very good price, since I don't know how to do it and they got me in so quickly.

  I absolutely love this place. From speaking to Ann at on the phone to the great customer service in the building itself. They understood my situation and offered snacks as I waited. This place is definitely a “home” to both me and my vehicle! Thank you for all you do!
