  Had an emergency (tire blew out). Excellent, friendly service at the end of the day, without an appointment. They handled everything very quickly while I waited (about 1 hour turnaround, for three tires in the end since the rear two were much balder than I realized). Would absolutely go here again and would recommend their service

  I prefer to work on my own vehicles, but some things you have to take to a shop. I trust Allen Tire, they will explain what was done in detail and give you an honest price. Quick turnaround time as well.

  Had a great experience today. I brought my car in to see if they could repair a tire leak. I brought my car in at 7:30am. I walked across the street to a cafe to have some coffee while I waited. They called me an hour later and said the car was ready. No BS. Solid customer service.

  Valvoline told me my lug nuts were cross threaded. However, upon closer inspection I was told my lug nuts were fine but one of my vital components of this vehicle was in critical failure. Surprised, and naturally confused, I had Allen Tire explain to me over and over what part it was and what role it had played in the longevity of my vehicle. They patiently explained it over with me every time I had asked and never tried to treat me as if I was dumb. I appreciate you guys for working on my car and getting it out so quickly since I’m traveling from Richmond up to Pennsylvania. Will definitely be coming back :)
