Had to wait more than an hour until I got a car, but then the gates of the parking deck, the lady could not let me out, because "something was wrong with my booking". So I had to drive back to the office and wait another fifteen minutes. Finally I could leave, but I was wondering, what went wrong. The car was pretty much okay for my roadtrip. Not anything to complain about. But: When I returned the car a week later, I though everything was fine, until they charged me another 900 Dollars on my credit card for my rental. A rental I already pre-paid. All my mails are ignored. So I can only give one star.

Upon our arrival, the lady at the counter was unpleasant from the very beginning. She asked for our reservation and the remaining payment. The card didn’t go through the first time and instead of simply trying again, she immediately said the payment was declined, without any willingness to help. We insisted on trying again and, of course, it worked once we entered the code. Despite that, she then told us that we couldn’t get the car because we had a debit card instead of a credit card — something she never mentioned before processing the payment. And of course, the amount was charged. Rather than explaining the situation clearly or offering any kind of solution, she preferred to mock us and our situation. Fortunately, a man from Enterprise tried to help us and explain what to do, but unfortunately no cars were available at the other agencies. As a result, we couldn’t get the car and had to start a refund process. We had to take a train back home, which completely ruined our planned trip. We had to cancel everything, not even knowing if we’ll be refunded. I’ve never seen such a lack of professionalism and such poor communication from an employee. I strongly advise against renting from this agency.
