I got a jump and took my car to Advance Auto (store2330) on Chamberlyn. I was cold and moody. However, when I walked through the door 2 workers greeted me with big smiles and big Hellos! They explained about the batteries warranty and how to make sure it doesn't get erosion on the battery. The young man Josh went out in the cold in his Eagle's jacket and changed the battery with all smiles. He was just happy to do his job... in the cold. They were just the sweetest. It made me forget that I was mad, that I was late for work earlier that day and I was spending money I really didn't have. They were professional, cheerful, and quick. I just had to give them a shout out. I wish all businesses had customer service like this.
