Carroll took a look at the battery, and seeing I was stranded went to great lengths to help me out. He cleaned the leads to the battery and the mounting parts, and installed a new battery with silicone gel and protectors to prevent future corrosion problems. Carroll was extremely knowledgeable about the available products giving recommendations on trade offs of different batteries. I highly recommend speaking to Carroll for your car part needs as he was generously helpful and very good at what he does.
