He went through a lot of crap to put it lightly, when he could’ve just as easily told me I would have to go to a mechanic. - JFJimmy FournieNov 18, 20255.0My battery was failing and I took my car here. Opening the hood my battery was heavily corroded, I needed a replacement and in a time pinch. Carroll took a look at the battery, and seeing I was stranded went to great lengths to help me out. He cleaned the leads to the battery and the mounting parts, and installed a new battery with silicone gel and protectors to prevent future corrosion problems. Carroll was extremely knowledgeable about the available products giving recommendations on trade offs of different batteries. I highly recommend speaking to Carroll for your car part needs as he was generously helpful and very good at what he does.
