- GKG K6 days ago1.0Terrible service over a simple lightbulb purchase I went in to buy a single headlight bulb. I only needed one, but there were none on the shelf, so I asked the cashier for help. He immediately insisted that I *had* to replace both headlights, even after I clearly told him I only wanted one. Eventually, he went to the aisle and found a single-pack bulb for me. While ringing it up, he kept lecturing me, saying that buying one bulb would cause problems and that the other headlight would go out soon. Then he claimed he would not “warranty” the bulb I was buying, even though the package clearly states it has a one-year manufacturer warranty. I don’t even care about the warranty, but it’s not his place to tell customers that he has authority over a manufacturer’s warranty. He’s a cashier, not an automotive technician. The whole interaction felt pushy, unprofessional, and unnecessary. Customers should be able to buy what they need without being talked down to or misinformed. I won’t be coming back to this location.

The other two sat there and watched me wait for 5 minutes until he finally decided to help me. Another customer walked in behind me and one of the girls sitting there immediately helped her. Amazing. She watched me stand there for 5 minutes and never offered to help. The guy that eventually decided to help me talked at the volume of a whisper. Constantly on his phone the whole time. Won't be back to this location.
