  I needed a car battery, so I figured I’d have them install it. Two hours later, and multiple parts dismantled by the employee who admitted he had no experience with cars of any type, I watched a YouTube video and did the job myself. The manager on duty who put him up to the job yelled at him mid way through to tell him times up and wanted to leave me stranded. Not the kid’s fault, just an awful experience at this location.

  Do not let these guys replace your battery. The guy that did it was 17 years old and did not know a single thing about cars. He stripped the bolt and did not even tighten the other one, the connection was loose and the car completely shut off in the middle of driving. I don’t even blame him, I blame whoever let him change a battery without knowing how to change a battery. Employees were kind but not knowledgeable at all. If you don’t know how to change a battery… maybe don’t mess with it..?

  The best. They helped me pick the correct windshield wipers and installed at no additional cost. Anything from key batteries to car batteries, they will help and are so nice.

  When you have 4 to 5 employees working, why is there only one line open!? & you got a store full of people waiting!! I guess the paying customers don’t matter. Do better autozone
