  The mechanic worked on the car was friendly however the front desk was not helpful and lacking a smile. Thanks for the courtesy wash as well.

  Service advisor (Chris) is a trusted and professional advisor. He always takes his time to explain all aspects of my service issues and keeps me updated throughout the day . Audi Richmond is truly a customer first organization.

  Very disappointing. Had an appointment for a scheduled 30k maintenance. Drop off first thing in the morning, was told it would be ready around 1pm. Had not received any updates from the service advisor (Ashton) by 3pm so I texted and called for an update. Called 3 times and couldn’t reach the service advisor. Finally received a video from the service tech who said “everything was ok” at 3:36. I texted the advisor to ask if the car was ready (including the service courtesy wash) and received a response of “yes”. My wife dropped me off at the dealership at 4pm and at 4:35 my car still wasn’t ready. When they pulled it into the service bay it hadn’t been washed “because it looked pretty clean already”, despite the dirty footprints left on the floorboards by the service techs. IMO your car shouldn’t be returned dirtier than you delivered it, especially if they offer to clean it. The really frustrating part was that the recommended service items weren’t communicated to me until I picked the car up. For example, changing or flushing any fluids was recommended but not until I picked the car up. How is that supposed to happen? I come back to the dealership and then am informed of additional maintenance items at 5pm? Am I supposed to leave my car for another day? Why didn’t the service advisor tell me this 5 hours earlier? Btw the car still hadn’t been washed and am waiting for another hour after they told me my car was ready. Terrible service, and completely unapologetic that I had to wait over an hour after he said my car was ready. Pictures of my floorboards after the “courtesy wash”.

  Audi Richmond has an incredibly professional staff, and I have never been treated with a higher “customer focus” than here. I am incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to work with them, and I’d encourage anyone to highly consider them for an important car purchase. Aniyah, Darianne, and Chris were consummate professionals, and they will have my business for any/all future Audi’s!

  I had another great experience at Audi Richmond and wanted to take a moment to recognize Steven and Kathy. They were both amazing to work with and made the entire process of getting my Audi’s cruise control fixed smooth and stress-free. Their level of customer service, communication, and attention to detail truly stands out. This is not my first experience with them, and every time they consistently go above and beyond. Audi Richmond is the only place I trust with my car, and that’s because of people like Steven and Cathy. Thank you both for always taking such great care of me.
