  It seems my first review was removed which they must do for many customers. I went in for a basic oil change last week and when I went to pay I was being charged for work I did not approve. Your better off going to a fast oil shop don’t waste your money here

  Love this shop! They don’t oversell, lay out the options. Fair pricing. Best part: if you sit in the waiting room you hear them talk about their work - and that’s where you can really tell they are honest. I am beyond happy to have found this place. And all the people that work there are incredibly nice.

  As I was leaving for work, I saw a dashboard warning light was on indicating low tire pressure, went to fill it up, but tire was clearly becoming flat and air not working. Called Allen tire at 845, they were very busy but they were able to fit me in at 10, so I wouldn't have to call out of work. It's a new job, so I'm incredibly grateful! I also appreciate their willingness to provide education about my cars function, in a way that I understand. And last but not least, I've never met anyone that works at the Allen tire near Robious, that isn't polite, they really are great! Fortunately, my tire had a little but very short nail in it and they were able to fix and patch it from the inside and it cost about 36$ which seemed to be a very good price, since I don't know how to do it and they got me in so quickly.

  I absolutely love this place. From speaking to Ann at on the phone to the great customer service in the building itself. They understood my situation and offered snacks as I waited. This place is definitely a “home” to both me and my vehicle! Thank you for all you do!
