    Disappointed experience with the people working there, I went to the store at midlothian and they didn’t have a trailer connector I was looking for, he printed the part details and sent me to the staples mill location because they have it on stock, (the website also showed it was available) drove 20+ min arrived show them the part, they told me it was available, then the guy walked around for a minute and said to the other guy “is not there” and put no effort trying to find it, they just too lazy or they were “high” idk but they supposed to help the costumers, we were in the middle of the road trying to move out of the way, things they will not understand. Very Unprofessional. (04/03/2026 around 1 pm)

    I had a very disappointing experience at this location today. There were only a few customers in the store, all near the counter. I had already placed and paid for an online order and was there solely to pick it up. While standing at the register, I asked a staff member if any larger generators were available and was told no. Moments later, another customer, a white male who had not placed an order and was simply hoping inventory might still be available, asked the same question. Staff went into the back and returned saying they had a larger generator and asked him if he wanted it. They placed it directly into his cart and allowed him to proceed to checkout. I spoke up and stated clearly that I had asked first. There was no acknowledgment, no pause, and no attempt to address or correct the situation. They allowed the transaction to move forward without question, even allowing him to buy it before handing me my order that was already placed online and paid for. I understand that stores can be busy, especially with a winter storm approaching. However, this was not a crowded or confusing situation. I was already the customer being helped, with a paid order, and had been explicitly told no moments earlier. The only thing that changed was whose voice was prioritized. This interaction felt dismissive and reflective of both racial and gender bias. Whether intentional or not, the outcome was clear...and the choice was made both for and against me.

    Just left there after sitting for a charge for almost 40 min, then car went dead and had to go to the one on Brook Rd Immediately after, thank God!!
