- CBConni BowlingMar 1, 20261.0I have no idea how there are four stars as an average review. I have been there three times and every single time I’ve had the worst service ever. Each time thinking maybe I just had bad luck. They rinsed my all weather mats- I would not say they were washed, and then they were put back in the car, sopping wet. The console wasn’t vacuumed or wiped down. I will be returning my money and my service to Flagship.

The service was incredibly quick, and the staff was very courteous throughout the process. You can really feel the care and attention (eg how to air out the car since the carpets were shampooed) to detail that comes with a family-run business. Highly recommend if you want your car looking brand new!
- TMThomas MargandOct 3, 20251.0Don’t Bother I prefer not to use tunnel washes for my vehicles and in the past I have come to three cees to have my vehicles hand washed with decent service and results. In the past week I have tried to bring my vehicle in 3 separate times to have it hand washed and been turned away presumably because they are busy, but I’m only guessing because they couldn’t be bothered to articulate an answer when asked. They don’t do appointments and each time have told me to try a different time. So I did. I tried the morning, afternoon and an hour before they closed. Turned away each time and they couldn’t care less. I’m tired of having my time wasted they lost a customer today.
