Each time thinking maybe I just had bad luck. They rinsed my all weather mats- I would not say they were washed, and then they were put back in the car, sopping wet. The console wasn’t vacuumed or wiped down. I will be returning my money and my service to Flagship.

Cuando me entregan el auto estaba sucio, fui directamente con el manager y cancelé el servicio, no fue lo que ofrecieron, me pidieron disculpas y me cancelaron "todo". Me dan un ticket de cancelación pero el pago lo procesaron, tengo una disputa con mi banco con los tickets porque no reversaron la transacción. Todo mal. NO RECOMENDADOS EN NINGUN SENTIDO. EL SERVICIO PÉSIMO Y LA ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE PÉSIMO TAMBIÉN.

The service was incredibly quick, and the staff was very courteous throughout the process. You can really feel the care and attention (eg how to air out the car since the carpets were shampooed) to detail that comes with a family-run business. Highly recommend if you want your car looking brand new!
