The service was incredibly quick, and the staff was very courteous throughout the process. You can really feel the care and attention (eg how to air out the car since the carpets were shampooed) to detail that comes with a family-run business. Highly recommend if you want your car looking brand new!

In the past week I have tried to bring my vehicle in 3 separate times to have it hand washed and been turned away presumably because they are busy, but I’m only guessing because they couldn’t be bothered to articulate an answer when asked. They don’t do appointments and each time have told me to try a different time. So I did. I tried the morning, afternoon and an hour before they closed. Turned away each time and they couldn’t care less. I’m tired of having my time wasted they lost a customer today.

- BGBrett GoldfineSep 11, 20251.0Could be one of the worst car washes I’ve ever gotten, at least for what I paid. I paid $45 for the Platinum package. When my car was ready, the windshield only seemed to have been wiped on the sides and it was filthy everywhere else (which is the biggest reason I even needed a wash!). The center console in the back had spots of splatter and crumbs and other things all over, clearly like it hadn’t been touched. I have two toddlers and so I know it’s a mess back there, but that’s why I got Platinum. After I had them retouch both, the cup holders still had debris in them and the windshield still streaky and filthy in spots. I didn’t have the time to wait any longer so I left. Additionally, the one man working on my car clearly didn’t care to be there. He undid my car seat for my 20 month old and never replaced it, was slowly meandering around like he had no urgency, and then I watched him take out his phone mid clean, look at it and type for awhile. Who does that? Just unprofessional and absolutely did not get what I paid for. Not coming back for sure.
