  Dropped off my vehicle two weeks ago, and upon entry a man at the counter was rude. The car was overheating, and idling hard. I was told there was nothing wrong besides coolant was low. Charged 180 bucks. A drove the car three days and the same thing happened. Turns out the water pump, and radiator was leaking the fluid. Last run in was an inspection sticker, wouldn’t pass because of wipers, no problem I understand your doing your job. The problem I had I got threaten with rejection sticker because I would not pay 72 dollars for wipers and I would buy some and come put them on myself. They will not get any business from me and my family anymore.

  Needed an inspection. This location and James (the service advisor who helped us) made the process clear and easy. They offered multiple options including early drop off, waiting or drop off and wait. They were honest about what they could do and when they could do it. I appreciate that in a shop and would definitely consider this location for other service and parts/tires I might need in the future.
