    Came in to do a simple alternator and battery check. Waited in line just like everyone else and was told to wait while they cleared the line and phone…okay cool perfectly fine. They continued to take people in line constantly coming in the door for 10 minutes. Guy goes to grab the machine and someone walks in and he helps him instead.

    This is my usual stop if I need anything for my car.... well today will be the last day I give my business to them. My mom ordered a 4 pack coil for my car. We realized the 1 pack was given to us instead. I went back today to exchange it for the correct part ( ordered the 4 pack, the 1 pack was given to us instead). Showed them the email with the order number on it and the lady Payton typed it in, order popped up. She goes to get the correct part and then tells me I had to pay for it. I asked why I needed to pay if i only needed to exchange the part which was already paid for. I get in my car and saw that it was a return receipt I signed not exchange, called my mom since the order is in her name and decided to go back inside to see why I was given a return receipt when I said I needed an exchange. The man that I spoke to Brandon was very rude from the start. I told him what happened he told me that return and exchange are the same thing and that I was going to have to pay for it all over again. I gave my phone to him so my mom could also try to figure out what was going on. He kept cutting my mom off, making rude comments, having a very nasty attitude towards her when she was simply just trying to figure out what was going on. At one point she asked for his name so she could go up to the store and do the sale with him. He told her it was an "overkill" for her to be asking for his name. And said she didnt need his name. He in his words in a very nasty attitude said, " Well I am the general manager so." Never once tried to explain their exchange policy to us was just nasty and rude. Even rolled his eyes while my mom was on the phone! Manager or not you DO NOT speak to people like that!!! I hung up the phone and asked Brandon what i needed to do and he asked me where the part was i told him the Payton gave it to me its in the car. He said in a nasty attitude that he needed it back and I asked why it was an exchange, he just kept saying he needed it back and I said ok I have to go get it. Basically treated me like a thief. I even said sorry after giving the part back and he said, "Yea, ok." In a kind of sarcastic tone. I have never been spoken to like that in a customer service setting and I have worked retail before and know that is NOT how you speak to people. My boyfriend goes up there to let them know that is not how you speak to people, and he knows of Brandon because he goes to that location alot. Brandon proceeds to tell him that he was trying to explain the policy which is a lie, he never once tried to explain anything, just kept being nasty to my mother and I and even admitted to my boyfriend his associate Payton messed up. But he never admitted or explained anything to my mother and I. Just find it funny how he wants to be all respectful to my boyfriend, but was immediately rude and nasty to my mother and I when all I wanted to do was exchange a part.... never coming back here again..... now if he would've been respectful and explained the policy to us then that's one thing, but Brandon was anything but friendly to my mother and I. Very disrespectful.

    After having O'Reilly not wanting to get my car battery out of my car and honor their warranty. Frank at Advance Auto in New Kent took care of my vehicle and worked diligently in the rain to ensure my car battery was replaced and taken care of! His customer service was second to none, thanks Frank!
