When we arrived there were no luxury cars available; instead we were offered 3 cars--Chevy Malibu & similar--that were no better than our own car. The staff member on duty said he didn't know what happened because he was on vacation the week before. That's no excuse. After this episode I logged on to the Enterprise website and initiated a chat with customer service, providing all details of my rental and our experience. The agent said my issue would be escalated but now, 5 days later, I haven't heard from anyone. Very disappointed with Enterprise which, unfortunately, is our only off-airport car rental option.
