The techs had not arrived yet so Joseph jumped in and took care of it himself. He and Pete kept us attended to and informed the entire time. It turned out that all four tires--not purchased through them--were defective and were very difficult to balance. Joseph went above and beyond and got them squared away. Both Joseph and Pete are consummate professionals and great people.
