  Stopped at pilot this morning Feb 27th and the pumps were not accepting fleet cards and had to go inside and pay...there were a few people waiting in line and the clerk was not only handling everyone but also greeting new customers who entered the store. I gentleman came into the store and demanded a receipt even though there were people already in line and Doris handles the situation so calmly and told him sir you have to wait their are other customers in front of you...he got a little belligerent but she remained calm and took care of 2 more customers and gave him the receipt while telling him to have a nice day. Pilot can we get more people like this in the store who have not only a heart but outstanding customer service skills. Again thank you Doris for all you do for the cdl and regular drivers

  Pilot – Providence Forge, VA ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3 Iron Stars) I stopped at the Pilot in Providence Forge, VA during my route and overall, it was a solid experience. Right from the start, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, which makes a huge difference when you’ve been on the road for hours. They seemed genuinely helpful and ready to answer questions, which is always appreciated. The truck stop itself was relatively clean – the lot was tidy, and the store was well-organized. Speaking of the store, they had a decent selection of products. From snacks to drinks, and some trucker essentials, you can find what you need without wasting too much time searching. One of the highlights of this stop was definitely the showers. The water pressure was amazing, and the water was hot – something I rarely see at other stops. After a long day driving, that kind of shower is pure gold. If I had to point out a downside, it would be the parking. The lot is relatively small, with only about 30 spots. For bigger rigs, finding a good spot can be a bit tricky, especially during peak hours. Overall, this Pilot is a solid choice for a rest, a shower, and grabbing supplies. Friendly staff, clean facilities, and excellent showers make it worth a stop, though the parking can be tight if it’s busy. For a quick break and a reliable stop on the road, this place does the job.

  Paid for parking about 2 hours before i got here, got there and all the prepaid parking was full then had to wait roughly 30 minutes (ran me out of time on my log or would've left) for the employee to go ask someone to move out of the prepaid spots that didn't pay, when i went in to ask about it they said the other employee was lazy and wouldnt do it should get a refund (we will see if i do) should've went to loves across the road more parking better place!

  As soon as you walk through the door tou are greeted with a friendly smiling welcome. There restrictions are extremely clean for a truck stop
