  Visited at 6:40pm and they close at 7. Isiah greeted me with a bottle of water and was eager to help. Him and Garland his assistant were very thorough and made my experience pleasant. When they were finished I thanked them for their wonderful customer service skills and assured them I would return.

  I have left a review before, but I feel it is necessary to leave another one. I am handicapped and cannot check my oil Level and do basic maintenance on my vehicle, but Strickland Brothers has taken care of me yet again. The customer service was great And all work was complete completed very quickly and efficiently. If you live in the Powhatan or Cumberland area, Strickland brothers is the place to go

  Not sure how this place stays in business. Oil change prices are crazy. I never see any cars getting their oil change here, always a ghost town.
