  After my hit and run on Good Friday, Murray was the first place I thought of. My car was towed to Murray and on the Monday morning following Easter weekend, they went to work right away to diagnose the issues. All the folks at Murray were kind and compassionate throughout this traumatic experience. They were able to fix the car in a timely fashion allowing me to get back to work at the hospital helping patients. This is my second visit to Murray, the first was last year when they performed my vehicle inspection. They are located conveniently where I live in Midlothian and the pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend Murray Automotive and will return if needed for all my car care needs. Thank you to everyone at Murray showing the love to myself and car! 🙏💜

  I have an older SUV with over 200,000 miles. I know that there will be a lot of maintenance due to wear and tear. The trouble was intermittent, not ongoing , but I didn't want it to get worse. When I went to Murray Automotive, I was able to explain the situation without being interrupted, unlike previous experiences at other auto repair shops. I believe that the diagnostics were thorough and the cost of parts and labor is reasonable. I received status updates. Whether in person, or on the phone, I received courteous and professional customer service. I'm glad that I went there and wouldn't hesitate to return. I highly recommend Murray Automotive.

  Great experience all around. Easy to schedule, super communicative, and got everything done quickly and for a reasonable price. The system they use to send you updates on your service was excellent. Was able to go in from a text and see exactly what they had found (included a video from under my car to show exactly where a problem was), what work they were intending to do, and see all of the costs broken out before they proceeded. Will be my go to from now on.
