- EAErin AlaMar 20, 20261.0They had 2 weeks to get a truck ready for us. We called the day before to confirm they would have a truck ready, they told us to come after 10am and it would be here. Got here, and there's no truck. Now we are losing a day of work and having to drive across central va to find an enterprise with a truck. This place is terrible! Unorganized, uneducated, and rude staff.

From the very first day, they have been so kind and thankful. I spoken to a gentleman, I believe his name was Bradley, and he was so well spoken and considerate. It definitely makes a very stressful situation a little bit easier. Thank you to their team! Wishing I could keep this mini van longer! It’s very nice!

- ASAristotelis SavasJan 5, 20263.0EDIT: I'm giving them back two stars and re-writing my review after they finally got me into a car and the kid working the counter was very apologetic about the situation. TL;DR: they've got one kid working the front office doing his best and one guy doing pickups & detailing it looks like, which left them scrambling to fulfill my reservation & me without the planned ride I needed today, and very little ability to actually get them on the phone to ask what the problem was. Twice during the day I had to limp my wrecked car up to their office from the body shop to figure out what was going on b/c I still had no ride & nobody was picking up the phone. Not the kid's fault. If Corporate reads these reviews: you can't run a show like that on a skeleton crew of two men. The kid would be smart to find a new gig, I doubt he's being paid enough to deal with the situations he gets put in between scrambling for a clean car and angry customers.
