  I went in today Eric and Jim helped me I went in for a state inspection. I fully figured I would have long wait and it was so much faster than I thought it would be. I went ahead and got my oil changed since it was close to due and the couple things that needed doing to pass inspection and I was on my way within less than an hour.

  I wasn’t planning to leave either a positive or negative review, but today I decided it’s worth doing. Over the last 10 days, I’ve been to your shop five times. The first time, during the inspection, you failed a part that you later admitted didn’t actually need replacement and even apologized for — even though you were about to charge me $600. And the fifth time, this morning, I came to have my tires changed. Despite the shop being completely empty, the same inspector who falsely claimed I had a defective part told me, “We don’t replace used customer's tires" That’s just ridiculous. You have a new building, a new location, and barely any customers. I wasn’t asking for any warranty or special treatment — I was ready to pay a fair price. But instead, you chose to turn me away. I drove to the next station, where the staff were much more professional and responsible, and they replaced my wheels quickly and for a reasonable price. It’s a shame.

  Took my wife’s car in for an annual state inspection. Jalen met me at my vehicle and guided me to the appropriate bay for inspections. The check in process was seamless. Jason worked with me during and after inspection to update on findings and also advised on some repairs that may be needed in the near future. Overall a great experience with Jalen and Jason.

  Terrible Experience at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this place, and I’ll never be back. First, they told me my brand new Goodyear tires were “cupping” and might not balance out correctly — total nonsense. Then they claimed my upper tie rod was frozen and quoted me almost $300 to replace it. I went to the store, bought one myself, and my mechanic checked it. He put a wrench and a small pipe on it, and it broke loose instantly — didn’t even need the new part! They also charged me $30 for an “alignment check” that day. I went back the next day for a full alignment and specifically asked for the steering wheel to be straight. After they “finished,” the steering wheel was still crooked. When I asked about applying the $30 I already paid, Eric told me it didn’t count because that was just a “check.” After some back and forth, he finally said he’d take $19.50 off. My last visit was even worse. I had a flat tire on a Saturday — they were the only place open, so I dropped it off. Hours later, Eric calls and says they can’t plug it because it’s “too close to the sidewall,” then hangs up. I took it to another shop right after, and they plugged it with no problem at all. To top it off, Eric tried to tell me I needed a “differential drop kit” to help my ball joints — which makes absolutely no sense. A diff drop affects CV axle angles, not ball joints. Bottom line: Eric doesn’t know what he’s talking about, they overcharge for unnecessary work, and their management clearly doesn’t care. I wouldn’t trust them to air up a tire at this point. Avoid this shop if you value your time, money, or sanity.
