- ASAristotelis SavasJan 5, 20263.0EDIT: I'm giving them back two stars and re-writing my review after they finally got me into a car and the kid working the counter was very apologetic about the situation. TL;DR: they've got one kid working the front office doing his best and one guy doing pickups & detailing it looks like, which left them scrambling to fulfill my reservation & me without the planned ride I needed today, and very little ability to actually get them on the phone to ask what the problem was. Twice during the day I had to limp my wrecked car up to their office from the body shop to figure out what was going on b/c I still had no ride & nobody was picking up the phone. Not the kid's fault. If Corporate reads these reviews: you can't run a show like that on a skeleton crew of two men. The kid would be smart to find a new gig, I doubt he's being paid enough to deal with the situations he gets put in between scrambling for a clean car and angry customers.
