After I decided to get a replacement, he took time to explain the different options and willingly installed the new battery. Austin was efficient and professional throughout the entire process - very knowledgeable and great customer service!

We went to this store specifically because the website said that they had the parts we needed, but when we got there the guy said that they didn't have it after "looking" for about 15 seconds. It also seemed that we were inconveniencing him when we were ready to check out. We ended up going to a competitor and got our parts. I will never go to this store again!
