    I was in a panicked state when I came to get my vehicle checked out because I ran over a huge branch that fell from a tree that I was not able to avoid. I was in a place where I could not pull over to check and remove the item. It was clearly stuck under my vehicle as it made a terrible loud noise when I was driving. I finally was able to pull over and removed a portion of the branch that was stuck up underneath my vehicle. Then I pulled up to Valvoline as it was the closest place I knew that could check under my vehicle to see if there was any remaining debris or damage. Mr. Suliman greeted me with a warm smile. I explained the circumstances of why I was there - and he said, "No problem", that he would check under my vehicle. His manner immediately calmed me down and I felt assured that regardless of outcome - I would be taken care of because I felt that I was listened too. Luckily there appeared to be no more debris left under my vehicle nor did there appear to be any damage. Mr. Suliman was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Overall, everyone that works there has been great. I typically go there to get my tires checked and they put air in them when low. I have also had oil changes there too. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Always a pleasant experience which is rare now a days!

    Very fast and efficient services. I would recommend going here if you are looking for a fast oil change. Really liked that they checked other areas of my vehicle to ensure it’s running as safely and efficiently as possible.

    I had a very stressful experience at this Valvoline location after an oil change. Before my visit, my vehicle had no warning lights and no oil leaks. Shortly after service, I began experiencing major issues, and multiple alarming warning lights came on. When I returned, I was told a leak had been noticed, but I was not informed at the time. Since then, oil is now pouring out rapidly, and it is clearly visible when the gas pedal is pressed, making the vehicle unsafe to drive. Supervisor Solomon was unprofessional and dismissive. I was told that Valvoline was not at fault. However, without any diagnostic being performed, it’s unclear how that determination could be made—especially when there were no prior issues or warning lights before the service. Reaching a conclusion without diagnostics raises concerns about how responsibility was assessed. I was also told the diagnostic would only be covered if I had the issue fixed through Valvoline, which is standard for any customer and not helpful given the circumstances. I was asked if I had AAA, rather than being offered meaningful assistance. My vehicle is now with AAA for diagnosis at my expense, thankfully because I had that coverage. I later called back and opened a claim with Valvoline’s insurance, though I never heard back from Solomon and can only hope the claim was properly submitted. What’s most concerning is that the oil change was completed despite a leak being noticed, without informing me. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism was extremely disappointing. The vehicle is currently undergoing an independent diagnostic evaluation to determine the root cause, as no diagnostic was performed at the time conclusions were made.
