Finally, the guy ask downstairs of my drain plug went on fine. Then put in the notes that the plug was damaged prior to service. I have nearly 6 years of receipts that show I ONLY get the oil changed at this Denzel plaza location so if my drain plug is damaged, they did it previously and didn’t say anything. I would like to be contacted about making this right. I will seek an opportunity to contact you all. This is ridiculous I’ve been going to this location for years. There are a lot of new faces. I didn’t recognize anyone. This is very likely my last visit to this location. I’ll be back to see about fixing the drain plug they messed up but other than that, I’ll likely go elsewhere moving forward
