  I went in for brake failure two days ago. They had my vehicle for 4.5 hours. Once I got my vehicle, I come to a stop to cross over George Washington Highway and realized I was still unable to brake. I call them immediately and they asked for me to bring it back. I asked the manager what was the issue and she shared the brakes needed to be rebled. I told her this was something that should have been caught prior to me getting in the vehicle with my 3 year old. She says they only go around the parking lot. I told her that I got in the vehicle right after the master handed me the car and drove to a complete stop that my brake touched the floor. Crickets, so I asked for corporate's number. They don't care about your safety at all. I thought the incident in January was an isolated incident when I took my car in to get 4 tires. I drove from Portsmouth to Downtown Suffolk and my brake light came on. All of my brake fluid had spilled out. This is something that should've been caught prior to me getting in my vehicle. The manager informed me the hose bust, so I didn't think anything of it. In addition to them changing my tires, one of my tires no longer reads the tire pressure. Two separate incidents with brake issues, I will not be returning. I have been going to Mr. Tire and Tire Choice for years with no issues until I took my vehicle to that location. I didn't get an apology, just excuses.

  As much as I didn’t need to replace my tire I believe I got scammed. I believe the tire was fixable but they insisted I need a new tire. I ask lots of questions but the scare tactics of my tire blowing up if a patch was done is incomprehensible. It wasn’t on the side but between side and center so I dot know what to make of it. Safety first I guess. If it wasn’t raining and having no extra car for security, I had no choice but cough up $250 for a tire as fees are added to inflate the price. A scam.
