  I had a Decked Cargo Glide ordered to be placed on my Decked Drawer System, along with a Leer Truck Cap, on my 2024 F-150. I was told it would take about 8 weeks to receive after it was ordered. Six weeks later, I got a call telling me to bring my truck in to get them installed. I dropped the truck off the night before the appointment. The next afternoon, I was called and informed that Decked had sent the wrong rails; it was not a problem. The gentlemen went out of their way to apologize and make it right. When the correct rails arrived, they stopped everything to finish the installation, which took less than 2 hours. In my mind, everything went well since, as a disabled veteran, it would be impossible for me to do the work myself and it was completed two weeks ahead of time. The quality of the work was exceptional. I plan to go back to Leonard’s Truck Outfitters for some additional equipment for my truck and would recommend anyone who needs anything they carry to shop their Portsmouth, VA store.
