  I visited this location this morning after another store unfortunately forgot to process my top-up. The team here was outstanding — professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. I’d especially like to recognize Mr. Gabriel for his exceptional service. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of properly, and when I tried to leave him a tip as a thank-you, he kindly declined and said, “Don’t worry about it.” The entire team of gentlemen and ladies here is fantastic. Gabriel has the attitude, work ethic, and customer focus of a future manager — he truly stands out. Thank you for turning a frustrating situation into a great experience!

  Well I was a little upset that I really had more or less wasted my time coming up here because I had actually called before coming out to check on the price of a regular oil change and verify a coupon I had found online. The agent i spoke with on the phone had quoted me a price around 50$ and with the coupon I had was quoted a price to be half that. So I went into the place to get the oil change and when I got there I was told a way higher price of 70$ and when I mentioned I had just called and spoke with someone and quoted a price way cheaper the girl at the store told me that I had spoke with someone at a call center or some crap. They wasnt from the store itself and the price i was given was not the actual price . I ended up leaving without getting my oil changed because the girl refused to give me the price I was told on the phone . Now here's the part I don't understand is why am I calling a phone number listed online under the store and being told a price that is actually not valid? . I mean they need to get their prices together and stop telling people the wrong price that isn't actually connected to the specific store I am looking to go to. It doesn't make sense to me and completely wasted my time.

  Marquis, Qualy, Gabriel, and Kelon communicated well, worked as a team really well, kept up a professional environmental and communicated with me what they found so I can understand what i am paying for. They worked so fast together, I was in and out of there. I am looking forward to going back so they can work on my car again. Thanks, y'all!

  I visited this Valvoline to get an oil change, and I want to express my admiration for the professionalism, communication, and efficiency of the team that was there. They were incredibly polite and spoke with confidence, indicating their extensive knowledge. I was also impressed by their effective communication, even while I was simply sitting in my vehicle.
