  As much as I didn’t need to replace my tire I believe I got scammed. I believe the tire was fixable but they insisted I need a new tire. I ask lots of questions but the scare tactics of my tire blowing up if a patch was done is incomprehensible. It wasn’t on the side but between side and center so I dot know what to make of it. Safety first I guess. If it wasn’t raining and having no extra car for security, I had no choice but cough up $250 for a tire as fees are added to inflate the price. A scam.

  Went to get my cv axle put back on and left with 2more issues that they caused and didn’t fix even after the district manager told them to fix it

  I live closer to a different one than the one on GW Hwy, but they were backed up. Not the first time they referred me to the GW Hwy location which is not much further. I called to make sure they could see me. Immediately they responded with a yes. I need a tire patch, they noticed it needed 2. Took me about 20 minutes. In and out and even quoted me on a set of tires that was better than the dealerships and big box stores I have been looking at by about 25%. I will now put them in my top place to go.

  This is the absolute best auto mechanic shop that I have been to in a long time. Renee and her team are very great people. They show you exactly what the malfunction is with your vehicle and they don't force unnecessary repairs on customer. Customers are allowed to bargain shop for parts to avoid costly repairs. I recommend this location to anyone within the Hampton Roads area.

  I took my van here for an AC check, they diagnosed the problem and attempted to fix it then realized they misdiagnosed it and weren't qualified to fix it so they jimmy-rigged a temporary fix without my permission that now prevents the heat from blowing. They charged me almost $1,000 to tamper with my vehicle without my consent. Then they acted like they were doing me a favor by only charging $200 to bring it back each season to switch from heat to cold air.
