Michelle is excellent at what she does and was so pleasant and professional, that type of service is hard to come by, especially in 2025! Also my oil change and other services were done in a timely manner! Definitely love this location! Also Michelle needs to be on the training guide for customer service! Phenomenal!

- TETerry EmbertonOct 20, 20254.0I've been using the local Tire Choice since when they were still known as Tread Quarters, as they always do good work for a decent price. This time I just needed a VA safety inspection, so I dropped my vehicle off on Friday evening to get serviced on Saturday. The manager called at midday Sat to let me know it was done. Great, that doing take too long! When I picked up my car I was a little surprised by the quote of $104... a safety inspection with no discrepancies is $20. Turns out they had confused my service request with someone else's, and performed an oil change in addition to my inspection. They did the right thing though, and didn't charge for the un-requested service, so I give them credit for that.
