    Had blend door actuator replace earlier this year and diagnostic problem still exist was told I would have to pay for another diagnostic to resolve problem

    The young man that waited on me was so professional and accommodating. A tech had to go home and he was so apologetic and did the work himself on top of having to answer the phone. That excellent service!!

    I called prior about an inspection and was told the inspector would be there. When I brought my car in I was told the inspector wouldn’t be in after getting dropped off and returning with another vehicle to get home. I was then advised I could take it elsewhere and at that point I had to leave it. A few hours later I was called and advised that the inspector was there and my vehicle had failed which I don’t believe but this location is very unprofessional and unreliable starting with the person at the front counter. I will never be back there for anything and will make sure my friends and family go elsewhere. This location in Churchland on tyre neck is horrible

    The staff was very kind and efficient. However, quite frustrating that it has been over a year and the company has refused to hire someone to perform state inspections at this location.
