The marina has abandoned boats in the back which makes it unsafe for women if your boat is parked in the back. Suggest any women boaters by themselves to keep cameras on their boat due to lack of security at night. Overall pretty chill marina quiet just a little unsettling with abandoned boats and trash floating from time to time. Free concerts from your boat which is a plus because they end at 11pm. Laundry is clean and has adequate AC.
