  Every time I rent a car here and come to pick it up they tell me they have no cars. Fix your website. Why should I waste my time and money getting somewhere to pick up a car that you don't have available. Ridiculous.

  They treated me well on the phone and in person. And accommodated me when I needed to use a different location for a car drop off. Very nice people all the way around.

  My car was wrecked and had to get a rental while it was being repaired. Had the car for 3 weeks. Was charged $234 in tolls when it would normally cost $60. Talk about a price gouge. No one tells you that when you rent the car so a heads up on that would have been awesome. I talked to their toll people and they couldn’t even provide me with a proper receipt that shows the charge of each toll. Just a total of the bill. They also said I had 60 toll crossings. Maybe 30 but not 60. But again they couldn’t provide me a detailed receipt. Other than that no other problems.
