Despite the fact that we have two different dealer companies, he refused to enter our phone number into the system and made zero effort to resolve the issue. His attitude felt biased and discriminatory, and the way he knowingly blocked assistance was unprofessional and unacceptable. This was not a system problem — it was a people problem. I expected basic respect and customer service. Instead, I left frustrated and disrespected. Management seriously needs to look into how customers are treated at this location.
