  I would never bring another vehicle to this company again they were the worst I had to bring both of my vehicles back twice because they did not do a good job at all on both of my vehicles they just was rude the people that go for painting your cars were so rude the receptionist was nice they would not keep you updated on your vehicle you had to keep calling them so if you value your vehicle do not take them to this company at all

  Guess I should’ve read the review sent my car there for repairs thru insurance car came back not starting no gas in it with the battery drained..

  Guess I should've checked the reviews before letting the insurance pick the place. Picked up my car only to find out the front door was bent at the bottom which is not the door that was there for repair. When asked I was told "I told the repair guy but he said it was the best he could do." That is not ok. My volume button to my radio was laying in my cup holder and was not broke prior. Now have a park assistant alert on in my car which wasn't on before I left it. You had one job. Very disappointing. Guess the insurance didn't pay you enough to get workers who take care of the customers vehicle like their own. Speaks volumes.

  Used to be a great family owned business. Gerber is terrible. The office staff had no personality. The repairs the first time was awesome. 3 years ago. This time, nobody was friendly. My car came out awful. Huge downturn since gerber bought this place. Stay away

  **Update, just got my car back from the mechanic and on my way home I noticed more damages from this body shop. Was washing my car when fin on top of my roof comes flying off. The screw that was supposed to be holding it in place was completely loose so that made me wonder how they took it off since the only way was removing the headliner. To no surprise they did just that and to no surprise they managed to damaged that as well. Pictures are below they show were they clearly bent the headliner just enough to reach the bolt they didn’t even do the correct thing which would’ve been to remove the whole headliner to avoid any damages. They also managed to completely scratch the tint off on the rear windows. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST!** Don’t be fooled by the reviews. Recently took my car here following an accident in which all repairs were covered through insurance. The body repairs themselves came out just fine but not without overspray all over the interior and broken/damaged interior trim. They told me for 3 days that my car was ready so I’ve taken 2 half days and a full day off of work for them, eventually on Tuesday I go to pick up the car because “it’s ready” and there was obvious damage that was just painted over and completely overlooked by them. The staff agreed that it was their fault and said they would fix it first thing in the morning. Finally picked up my car today and there are still scratches on the inside of the door weld that was overlooked as well as broken or damaged interior parts as you can see from the pictures, not to mention footprints throughout the car. I’ve worked on vehicles my whole life as growing up my family had and still has a dealership in which we do our own body work so i can confidently say that this is completely unacceptable. Would not recommend at all especially if you have a nicer car that you care about.
