I can assure you, in this case... They do not. My husband broke down and had to walk 1.5 miles to get here . Bought the part. The lady offered him a specialty tool he would need. Mr manly man says no you don't need that. Lady insisted he did. Husband borrowed the tool just in case. If he had listened to the man he would've been walking back to get the tool. When he came to return the tool, woman was still inside working and being helpful. Man was outside smoking a joint and hitting on girls.
