  Found myself looking for another car sooner than expected when my suburban quit being reliable. Ty came to my rescue! I had been doing some research online and decided to head to strosnider to take a look a a specific car they had on the lot. Ty was the best salesman from beginning to end! He even answered all my questions ( and I had a ton!) 10 out of 10 recommend Ty or Jessica both made us feel at ease and that we were making the right decision for our family. No gimmicks no tricks no pressure just honesty!

  I have been a happy customer for years, but my most recent experience with the service department was exceptional. Scott, Jeremy, Ryan, and Alexis all did their part going above and beyond to work with me while also advocating on my behalf disputing a claim with the warranty company to repair my truck. Throughout the lengthy process, customer service was clearly a priority and the result in the end was a very satisfied customer.

  Strosnider has been a huge disappointment from the beginning. When I first purchased my wife's car, we agreed to terms that included fixing two dings/dents on the vehicle and buffing on an area of the vehicle with minor scratching. The dealership was at an inconvenient location, roughly 40 miles, but my wife had her heart set on that car, that day! After multiple attempts of trying to schedule an appointment for Strosnider to fulfil their half of the agreement, we were never able. According to Strosnider their "dent guy" was unavailable, and when he became available, we were told it was outside of the window for them to complete their obligations of the terms. This is just as much on Mike Bujakowski as the dealership in my opinion. Additionally, we brought the vehicle in for its schedule routine maintenance without fail. The vehicle needed to have the thermostat replaced, knowing it was under warranty I arranged for the dealership to complete the work. Jeremy Willard called me two days after the vehicle was supposed to be ready and told me it was going to cost me $1300 if I wanted them to proceed with the work. Initially I told him no because I was not paying that for something I could do myself. Only to take 30 seconds to read my warranty which special coverage N252508350 specifically applies to the thermostat- it took me nearly 24 hours to get back in touch with Jeremy Willard, his explanation was that he somehow "missed it". Which posed the question to me? How often is Jeremy or Strosnider accidentally "missing" coverage and charging customers for repairs that are indeed covered under warranty? Last, I dropped my wife's vehicle off because it needed a purge valve replaced. The way I understood the warranty, that part would be covered under the emissions select component ltd warranty. After going back and forth with Jeremy Lillard and eventually his boss Scott Poitras it was determined that the purge valve is not an essential piece of evaporative emissions hardware despite it being an essential part used to pull vapors into the engine and trap harmful fuel vapors from entering the atmosphere. Agree to disagree here, however, I had already had the diagnostics of what was wrong with the vehicle done prior to bringing the vehicle in, yet they still charged me the $185 diagnostic fee on top of the over $100 burned in fuel to get there and back un-necessarily twice. Bottom line- I will gladly overpay for oil filters/air cabin filters/oil and maintain my own vehicle before I return to Strosnider Chevrolet despite these services being free under current terms. The services rendered from beginning to end from this dealership I believe GM would find to be shameful and embarrassing. The lack of integrity and the word "Customer" is highly apparent in my dealings with them. I would HIGHLY recommend to my friends and family to NEVER set foot on their lot, and I sure will not ever again myself.

  They gave me a price on my trade in They gave me the price of the truck I was looking at after everything it was $27,237 I asked them to make it an even 27k just to make me feel good. They wouldn't drop $237 when I took a hit of almost 2k on my trade in for what I wanted for it. after looking at some other reviews on warranty and service that they provide im glad the deal fell threw. I can't imagine dealing with these people if you have an issue with the car. I will say both the sales people were nice it was the sales manager that was the problem.

  I want to say thank you to Alexander Gomez at Strosnider Chevy for a great car buying experience. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicles and inventory they had and was able to answer all my questions. This made the process smooth and quicker than my car purchases in the past. Also Matt and Ms. V were also helpful and provided friendly hospitality while I waited on things to be processed.
