    Soooo happy!! I came in in desperate need of a working vehicle but didn’t want to “settle.” Candy was so helpful in supporting me finding the perfect car for me and helped me step by step throughout the whole purchasing process. Very happy!

    Very Disappointed with Service Experience Showed up for my scheduled appointment and was told I shouldn’t have one—then the tech walked away without explanation. Felt completely dismissed. Waited over an hour and a half for a shuttle with no updates. Got a call about my brakes, but when I called back multiple times, no one answered. Later they said they got my message but still gave no update on my vehicle. They couldn’t perform a service I booked weeks in advance. Then the shuttle driver came to my house, left without notifying me, and I got a call saying I wasn’t home. No communication, no accountability. Very unhappy with the entire experience.

    I just got my brand new vehicle from Strosnider Chevrolet! Candy Stables was the best. She sat with me and went over everything in my vehicle. She showed me how to work everything and even checked on me on Monday. She has my number to check on me anytime and I have hers if I have any problems. Shes treating me just like family. Everyone in the building was friendly. They help you with your needs and try to get you in the ballpark of what you want to pay. The Strosnider Advantage also has great benefits for your vehicle. I will definitely recommend this place and my salesperson!

    They have horrible service There’s no other way to put it . I got there at 10 AM , That’s when my appointment started. I Waited till 11:30 am nobody address me nobody said anything to me. So I asked them how long would they be with my car? Could they give me a update? They haven’t even touched my car. They had no update whatsoever. Then I waited till 12:30 pm Went back and they said the person is on lunch that has my car. Nobody’s car should be sitting while someone is at lunch . That car needs to be given to a person that’s back from lunch . That’s how my job operates. At this point OK like what you still don’t have a update about my car. Then they came back 2:00 pm Just to tell me that they have to go all the way to chesterfield To get the part from my car. And it only takes 5 minutes to put the part on . 😡At this point, I was tired, hungry, and upset. Nobody had the decency to even check on me at all. At Honda they’ll come and ask does anybody want to go get food or anything or go home . At Mercedes You know they speak for their self I can’t express the level of service that they give to their customer . Because they already have snacks and food and drinks for you. they don’t believe in their customers, waiting no more than two hours. Unfortunately, the service is horrible. No one should never sit that long and not be addressed either. I The customer had to address they almost every time and I have a lot of patience, but this was flat out ridiculous you don’t treat people that way if I could give no stars I would.😡 I flat out can’t see myself going here anymore for anything. I was planning to buy another car, but not with them They showed me who they really are. I will try another Chevrolet service center. And for the money I had to pay For this horrible service.SMH…they need zero stars 0
