I was told throughout the week that diagnostics were being performed, but my dash camera footage showed that the truck was never entered, moved, or touched while it sat on their back lot. Despite that, I received a call after several days stating that my steering gear was bad and that the repair would cost nearly $2,900. The diagnosis didn’t match the symptoms I was experiencing, so I checked the truck myself. It was completely dead from sitting all week. I replaced the alternator in their parking lot, and the truck immediately ran perfectly with no steering or electrical issues. I also reached out to the Kevin, the General Manager, who said he would follow up with me, but I never received the promised call. The communication I received did not match what actually happened, and the misalignment between updates and the reality shown on the dash camera was extremely frustrating. I hope the dealership reviews their diagnostic process and communication practices so future customers don’t have this experience.
- MHMario HillNov 21, 20251.0Dropped my vehicle off for brakes and a tune up. They didn’t touch my truck for a week. When I picked my truck up it had a flat tire because somebody hit the rack and put a hole in the sidewall of the tire. They said my hub was causing the rubbing noise. They said to replace it and the brakes were fine. The brakes are still rubbing. That leads me to believe that they didn’t test drive the truck. my engine light came back on too
