The staff was so patient when I panicked. They called the other location and told them I was on my way. I hopped in the car to drive 5-6 miles in the pouring rain to the booking location. This store stayed open late to make sure I got my car. Ashleigh was phenomenal and did not show an ounce of frustration with me. My rental car was clean and ready to roll. The driving experience was easy with not a single problem. I will rent again from Enterprise.

He was to drive my truck and I was driving the rental. However his car was prepared later that day after I had gone to work. I paid with a card for the repairs and we took the car back that same night after midnight. I thought I would only be charged for the one day but I didn't get a refund
