  To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to provide a five-star review and to give my highest recommendation for Ms. Ashleigh Randolph, who works at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location on Hull Street. I have been a regular customer at this branch for some time, and each experience I have had with Ashleigh has been exceptional. Her level of professionalism, care, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stands out and deserves recognition at a national level. As a tall individual, finding a comfortable vehicle that suits my needs is not always easy. Each time I visit, Ashleigh goes above and beyond to ensure that I am placed in a vehicle that not only accommodates my height but also makes my travel experience smooth and enjoyable. She has taken the time to learn my preferences and always greets me with a warm smile, ready to assist without hesitation. That level of attentiveness is rare and something I greatly appreciate. On my most recent rental, I was recovering from a knee injury. Traveling in a smaller or uncomfortable car would have been extremely difficult for me. Ashleigh recognized this right away and made sure I was placed in a larger, more accessible vehicle that gave me both comfort and peace of mind for my trip. Her thoughtfulness and proactive approach turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and stress-free one. It is not only Ashleigh’s personal service that makes the difference but also the positive culture she fosters with her team. Every interaction I’ve had with staff at the Hull Street location reflects professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care for customers. It is clear that her leadership, presence, and example elevate the entire branch.   This is a serious breach of trust and responsibility by Enterprise Rent-A-Car. It deserves symbols of disgust, not stars. I made a confirmed reservation through Enterprise's website on Saturday, August 2, 2025, to pick up a car at their location (7311 Hull Street Rd, North Chesterfield, VA 23235) on Monday, August 4 at 5 PM. On the day of pickup, I received a call from their manager telling me there were no cars available. I was told they would check with other locations and call me back. I waited more than three hours — no one ever called. I called what supposed to be an Enterprise Customer Care Team three or four times, and each time was told, “We’ll call you back.” But no one ever followed up. This caused serious disruption to my travel plans, stress for my family, and forced me to seek last-minute (and much more expensive) transportation. A confirmed reservation should be honored or responsibly handled if circumstances change. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through.
