Kid obviously didn't want to do it cuz he acted like he needed a special tool to get my battery out and he supposedly didn't have it. I guess since i was trying to do the free charge instead of buying another one. Had my kids in the car with me since it died on the way to run some errands. Stressed me out saying he couldn't do anything but jump it. Then what are you there for if you cant even take out a battery? Went to advanced auto just across the street. No issue. No special tool needed. So what gives? Yall clearly hiring teenagers that dont wanna work even if its to help out a family in need. Thanks a bunch. Not

Today, I had another issue and went to the dealership first, but they made the problem seem extremely complicated. I decided to call AutoZone to see if Mara was working because I knew she could help. Sure enough, she and Olivia took a look (they actually noticed the issue before I showed it to them), immediately identified the problem, found the correct part, and even removed the faulty one. It is very clear that Mara is subject matter expert. She isn't just another employee who works at Autozone. She knows cars inside and out & truly understands issues/parts. I hope Mara gets a promotion soon, because she truly deserves it. As someone who doesn’t know much about car parts, it’s such a relief knowing I can count on Mara. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and that I’m completely taken care of. I’ve never met an employee who genuinely cares so much about their customers’ wellbeing. Because of her, I’ll always choose AutoZone. Mara truly deserves immense recognition! I know this isn't Olivia's main location, but she was amazing and went above and beyond to help me as well!!!
