  The gentleman who lost his tool in my car, sorry I didn’t find it but I do appreciate you taking the time to help me install a new battery in my car. I know the Lord will bless you tremendously.

  They don't answer the phone. EDIT: They didn't just answer the phone. I went to pick up the tool I needed, half an hour before close, and they stood there doors locked, looking at me like I was an alien. I'm curious if their boss knows they close the store early and sit there getting paid, while not helping customers. 0/10: Will be recommending people not visit this place.

  I ASK TWO TIMES FOR THE ONE YEAR BATTERY STAFF TOLD ME "THEY DIDN'T HAVE " NOT TO MENTION I CALLED THERE AND THEY GAVE ME A PRICE FOR A ONE YR. SO HE TOLD ME THEY HAD TWO YR BUT IT WAS $70 MORE. HE HAD EVERYTHING READY AND I SAYS WAIT UM GOING TO THE OTHER AUTOZONE HE ASK WELL YOU CAN PAY HERE AND GO PICK UP. HE GETS BACK ON COMPUTER .THEN SAYS "OH WAIT I DO HAVE IT. LONG STORY BUT HE LIED FROM THE GET GO AND I CALLED HIM OUT ON IT. I ONLY WISH I HAD GOTTEN HIS NAME. YOUNG BLACK MALE IN LOW 20s . I BELIEVE HE HAD SHORT DREADS. I WILL TRY GET HIS NAME.   First time I came in, both the reps were professional and efficient. My plan was just to keep driving shop to shop until I found what I needed to finish my repair but I enjoyed how passionate they were about jdm cars that I decided to just have them order it. I left the shop happy thinking I would become a frequent shopper there (fairly new to the area, always nice to have friends to talk shop with). When I came in to pick up my part a few days later, only 1 rep was working different from the first 2 and he had a bunch of friends talking to him so loudly at the register beside me (they weren't buying anything, just hanging out I guess) to the point where he couldn't hear me spell my name or phone number. He also wouldn't wear a mask. It's unlikely that I'll return.
