  Marques was very informative, I was completely satisfied with his customer service he batted10 out of the park and I recommend anyone who wants a clean vehicle experience at top level service should go to Tommy's car Wash. I was very impressed and I will tell my family friends and neighbors about my experience thanks Marcus did a great job.

  I go to this carwash often and I am never unsatisfied. I really appreciate the free vacuums there. What made my experience even better is, today they are giving out free carwashes and doing raffles for even more in the future. Brain assisted me today and him and his team attitudes are great for customer service. Thank you all. This is my place of choice to wash my vehicles. 🫡

  Pulled up to Tommy’s Car Wash on 3/28 Shaine greeted me and helped with a top tier car wash package I also got a FREE detail kit with very useful items after my wash I was greeted by Caleb once I finished vacuuming and wiping down my car Marvan assisted me with setting up my app and thoroughly explained how to navigate through it ! Awesome staff clan car great day

  Today was such a nice experience of human kindness I would like to shout out all of the employees at this location, Specifically Jeremy. I had gone in on a sunny evening to wash my car and got the basic wash while I was vacuuming my car it became super windy and dirt flew everywhere back onto my vehicle. I was expecting to cut my losses but thought what’s the harm in asking if I could just retry the original wash I bought so I wouldn’t leave with a dirty car. I went through the drive thru area and I asked them if I could just get a rinse down and instead these amazing people gave me a FREE “Works” wash! Which includes so many nice things like car protective wax, tire shine, underneath cleaning, basically a full blown auto detailing!!! I was sooo grateful and they truly made my day! Love this location 10/10 recommend even on a rainy day haha!

  KIY and all of the staff at the Tommys on Military Hwy makes you feel welcomed. The come around and ask how your doing and to make sure your happy with the service that has been provided. They all smile and wave at you when you enter the wash. The lot is always clean and even when the car wash goes down they offer you an apologies and a free wash to come back along with a goodie bag of detailing material.
