  Excellent service! It's always stressful when having vehicle problems, but Tire Choice put me at ease during the process and didn't price gouge me for new tires. I know where I'm going next time my car has tire trouble!

  Dropped my F150 off for a state inspection. Was called a few hours later and was told that the inspection could not be completed because my truck could not be put on the lift. I wish that was considered before I left. Can this location not service trucks? Also, if they cannot, then that should be a disclaimer for customers to know ahead of time.

  The staff on Little Creek Rd in Norfolk, VA was very helpful. They had me do a test on my car that saved me thousands of dollars. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The waiting area was very clean and smelled good. I will always return here for my car needs. It was definitely a pleasure

  Friendly service. Efficient. Had taken in for oil change and state inspection. Called me regarding brake problem. I authorized the repair and as promised car was inspected and ready that afternoon. When i picked up car they showed me the bad pads and rotors and showed me the difference with new pads and rotors. They had also rotated the tires at no charge. Very pleased with the service I received.
