  Joels auto has been great to me. I've been purchasing from them for a little over 10 years. I've had 7-8 vehicles over my tenure with Joel's Auto Willam and Jules are very professional and work with you at all times. My photo that I've added is all the car keys and plates from over the years I have purchased from this car lot if you have not been by there you should go I recommend them you will drive off the lot with a smile guaranteed

  I’m extremely happy with my Ford Explorer Sport Trac. It’s been a great vehicle — reliable, comfortable, and very versatile. It handles smoothly, has plenty of room, and is perfect for both everyday driving and hauling what I need. I’ve really enjoyed owning it and have been very pleased with its overall performance and dependability. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a practical and solid truck.

  I am beyond pissed and honestly feel completely scammed. I’m a 19-year-old college student who needed a reliable car just to get to school and handle my responsibilities, and instead I got stuck with a complete disaster. I paid $3,400 for a 2015 Nissan Sentra thinking I was getting something decent and dependable. Within LESS THAN TWO WEEKS, the car started having serious issues. I took it to be checked out, and now I’m being told the transmission is basically gone and needs to be replaced. That is NOT normal, and there is no way this wasn’t already a problem before it was sold to me. It feels like this was dumped on me knowing it was already failing. Then I find out the odometer had been rolled back. So not only did I get sold a car with a horrible transmission, but I was also lied to about the mileage. That’s beyond shady, that’s straight-up dishonest. Mileage is a huge factor when buying a car, and I made my decision based on false information. Now I’m stuck. I either have to come up with thousands of dollars, that I don’t have for a new transmission, or take a huge loss. I’ve already been told if I try to sell the car, I’ll only get around $600–$900. So I paid $3,400 for something that barely even runs and isn’t worth a fraction of what I paid. My stepdad called to see if anything could be done, since this would be my first car, and the owner was rude and said nothing could be done. As a college student, I don’t have money to throw away like this. I needed this car to get to school, not to become a financial burden and a constant source of stress. This situation has been frustrating, overwhelming, and I’m beyond pissed. I trusted the seller, and that was clearly a mistake. Selling a car in this condition without being upfront, and on top of that tampering with or hiding the real mileage is completely unacceptable. If you’re thinking about buying from this place, don’t. Seriously, don’t. Learn from my situation and stay far away. No one deserves to be put in this position and I am considering taking legal action. I have also contacted the better business bureau. I will also be contacting law enforcement and Wavy TV 10, because a tampered odometer is extremely illegal.
