    Customer service at corporate is awesome and efficient.The website , the functionality and the people at their locations are terrible. I made 3 separate bookings at 2 separate locations, offering them to call me back to say the vehicles aren't even available.And then I call customer service and get them to help me.They do a transfer to another location in another city.I get a call back saying.Hey, we need this documentation to come get it well.I'll okay they call back again to say.Well , we don't have the vehicle anyways. Make up your mind. You need to make sure you're inventory listings online is accurate and up-to-date.Because this is lunacy. I don't care if the grammar and punctuation looks like a fifth grader on voice texting.Because I'm pissed.You all wasted so much of my time.It's not even funny, and I still don't have a damn rental.I don't know why nobody even offered to give me a better vehicle at the same price.Someone needs to learn to work with the customer.So they can keep continue doing business and make some money cause.Isn't that the point of this to make money?Is this not a company?Are we not in america. Bs

    They had me waiting at priority collision for 20 mins. I would have walked but they called twice to say they were on the way. They never came and got a ride from priority. They called the night before to set up a reservation, but when I finally made it to the front desk, they had nothing for me. They gave me 3 options. I Picked one and waited for 15 minutes just to be told it was already ear marked for someone else. Picked another and had to wait for them to clean it and get it ready. All-in-all I spent an hour on a Thursday morning trying to get a rental. Thank god Geico was paying otherwise I would have gone elsewhere.

    This interview is a week overdue. I'm writing a Review because a young lady name Tia, went a step further to get the satisfaction she felt I deserved. Most of you know, "Enterprise," is my go to place when I don't want to put a lot of miles on my Mini Cooper. I noticed something about the car I rented, (mums the word)! So, I immediately took the car back. I was given another car but I was told, I would receive a free day but I never did! It was also noted in the system I would receive it so, I waited, I even called but my points still were not returned. I called a second time. I waited again and called a second time and spoke to Tia. She said, "She would reference that her Supervisor would keep a check on the note of when my points were returned. I haven't gone anywhere yet but I'm about to schedule a pickup for next week. My points have been returned thanks to the extra effort Tia made in notifying her Manager in the delay. Thanks you so much Tia, and thank you Enterprise being the type of company who honor their word. See y'all on the road soon people and look for my new book early winter, - "The Key, -to Survival!" It's going to be a "Game Changer." Ms. T Turtles!
