Whenever I have a question, everybody patiently takes the time to answer for me. They have all the cleaning products I want, the rags are perfectly a little bit wet and all the staff members recognize me and what I like in a car wash. Even when I don’t come back for a couple months. Can’t say enough about the staff, but I’ve also met the manager and he is incredible. Good culture in a business starts with good management. These guys get 5 stars!!!!

Young man who is standing by the machines to help choose and pay for car wash, kept my credit card in his hand to review my name and make a comment about where I was from. I responded from here. He said no I mean ethnically. That's an interesting name. I'm curious. He said. In fact, it is none of his business where the origins of the customers' name is. He is paid to assist the customer and if he wishes to engage in conversation it should not relate to ones origins or ethnicity. In today's atmosphere this is highly caustic and offensive. I will not be returning to this car wash again.

I recommend investing in a crevice tool shape vacuum to go along with the wide mouth tool. Overall my vehicle is clean. No damage done. I would use Whistle Express again if I'm in the vicinity of one.
