  I actually got the car washed here a little while ago. The car wash itself was pretty good. The vacuums were just okay. The car wash was so good, it knocked my front license plate off 🤣. They had it and gave it back. So the wash itself is good. The vacuums are okay. But three stars because I went by today. 8:00 a.m. The website says it opens at 7:00. They had a bunch of red balls blocking up the drive-thru, the entrance, the exit so it was clearly still closed. So either update the hours or really open at 7:00! It's in a bit of a weird location anyway so I make it more difficult

  I absolutely LOVE ❤️ this car wash. I got a monthly membership. The #1, which is called “the works”. That one is a little pricey but it’s worth it to be able to just drive through any time in the month and get your car washed “expressly”!! I also have to say, the customer service of the employees is superb! Marques works the lot and ALWAYS checks on the customers. Savy signed me up and answered all my questions. If you’re looking for a place to get your car washed. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!!

  I've been to many different car wash places,I have to say,Tommy's was by far the best,surpassed amazing customer service and the wash itself was spot on,the vehicle looks brand new. I definitely recommend going here for your vehicle wash,I did the drive in car wash,they do have self service vehicle wash as well. Give them a try,you won't be disappointed.

  Tommy’s Car Wash is a great new addition to the area. The facility is spotless, well-staffed, and extremely well-organized. Their Halloween decorations are a fun touch, and the license plate reader system is a step above the rest — fast, seamless, and convenient. They’ve clearly invested in keeping everything top-notch, from the mat cleaners to the vacuum bays. The express wash does a fantastic job; if your vehicle’s really dirty, running through twice leaves it spotless. Whenever our crews don’t have trailers or I’m driving through the area, I make a point to stop by. Excellent service and a great team.

  Last time. This place is poorly managed. They do not have enough bays and if you want to do your interior, you have to find a spot to wait. And there isn’t a good “waiting area.” So you can easily get hit or have to back up in active roadway. The managers and staff are unprofessional, rude, dismissive and take zero accountability for their inability to manage the flow. Go up the street for better experiences.
