  KIY and all of the staff at the Tommys on Military Hwy makes you feel welcomed. The come around and ask how your doing and to make sure your happy with the service that has been provided. They all smile and wave at you when you enter the wash. The lot is always clean and even when the car wash goes down they offer you an apologies and a free wash to come back along with a goodie bag of detailing material.

  I took my car to Tommy’s thinking I could manage after having knee surgery 2 weeks before. Tariq saw me struggling and asked if he could hive me a hand. My saving grace!! Everyone was so so kind and helpful. Needless to say you have a member for life!! Thank you Tariq!! You are amazing!!

  Just moved here from Vegas. Tried another car wash for a month but it was very expensive for an average job. Took a chance on Tommy Express and I am glad I did. Savy... did an excellent job walking me through the benefits and measured my truck to be sure it could fit. My truck shines like a diamond. While vacuuming Savy followed up to ensure I understood the app. Lastly, I was able to take advantage of the 1st month free promo and sign up my secondary truck successfully. Continue to offer great customer service Savy!

  Sorry to report, I selected the $14 wash for my blue mini cooper. I wanted the basic wash with paint protection, most importantly Drying the car. My car is covered in white spots, the mirror s and glass are spotty but the blue paint is worse! There doesn’t seem to be Any sign of a paint protection layer. I’ve done this same selection at Blue Rhinos or Hippo (can’t recall that name). Employees are nice but I am truly Disappointed.in the overall 2 more issues…the vacuum system does not continue, it shuts off while vacuuming, you must stop what u r doing to go cut the vacuum back on. So much parking BUT a customer decided to park right next to me then Blast his stereo. There should be a sign for all to read… “Please respect other customers, keep music on Low or wear ear-buds” Any type of statement referring to “no loud music “ would be common sense & understood by everyone.

  A great car wash that is super friendly to dogs (They will get a dog bone). It had a car mat cleaner which adds a small detail to a car wash that is often missed, cleaning the mats. They have a cool station where you can buy a small detailing kit with an air freshener, a microfiber cloth and some cleaning wipes just incase you forgot something. Highly recommended if you want a clean car and friendly people. The people I see the most often are Jeremy, Savy and Kiy. These are not the exhaustive list of people who are amazing there, just the names I can recall. They are dog lovers and will spoil your dog with lots of pets! and even a dog bone :). I come in the car wash approximately 2x times a day, nearly every day to bring my dogs in for some love and get them out of the house. ** EDIT** I often see the staff hosing down the equipment and cleaning the parking lot and maintaining everything beautifully. Most car washes i've been to do not do the sort of cleaning and equipment maintenance i've seen done at this car wash, and it makes me confident that my car will be unharmed from the brushes and cloths used in the machinery. I had to update this review because people need to know how well the staff keeps the car wash working well and ensuring the cleanliness of the surrounding area. This only furthers my recommendation to use this car wash exclusively to keep your car looking nice. **EDIT**
