    Made an appointment at opening, was there on time. It was just me and one other customers. Instead of taking my car they took back the other individual who didn’t have an appointment. Didn’t think much of it at the time, but after waiting for an hour with no end in sight, they hadn’t even moved my car, decided to take my business elsewhere
