You try to bring the car back and voice your concerns with valid proof they will turn you around and accuse you of lying. So now I am riding around in a car I bought back in October with two lights on, on the dash. They just keep turning me away, not answering phones. Then I finally take off from work yet again just for the rude sexist man in the shop to try and argue me down about my vehicle. RUN don’t walk away. They are literally the worst. Engine is knocking at high speeds, I feel so unsafe with my kids in this vehicle but I have no choice. I pray nothing happens to us just because this dealership cares about money and not its customers.

I was so pleased with the seamless and peaceful process here at the auto connection in VA Beach. I was without a vehicle for 2 years. When it was time to buy regular car dealerships would not work for my current financial state. Auto connection was on time and got me approved and in a beautiful CLEAN vehicle the same day.
