  The service here was great, had affordable prices, and I was out within a reasonable amount time! Khari Vaughn was the tire tech that serviced me at the time, he was very a polite and helpful gentleman and I would definitely recommend him when coming to NTB Tire and Service Centers!

  My mother and I came in with some questions about our car tires, and we had a great experience. Terion let us know there was an issue and reassured us that he could take care of it. Both Terion and Khair worked together to make sure everything was fixed quickly and properly. They were very helpful, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We truly appreciated their professionalism and kindness. Thank you so much, we really appreciate the excellent service!

  This was some of the best service I received in a long time everyone was very polite and professional the atmosphere was very welcoming they kept me updated on my service the whole time.   5 Stars! Came in for a 4-wheel alignment after hitting a nasty pothole. The crew here is top-notch. My technician was incredibly thorough, explained exactly why my toe and camber were out of spec, and got my steering wheel perfectly centered. The car drives like it’s brand new again. Highly recommend this location if you want the job done right the first time!

  2nd review of this location. I can not stress enough that Eric and Terion make a great team. Your needs will be meet all without the feeling that you are getting one ran over on you. They guide you in making informative decisions without pressure. We all know the looming feeling of that bill of service after getting car work done. I can say I didn't feel that here since they informed me of all of what needed to be done and helped me understand before giving the okay to do the work. I very much appreciate the service given even still upon me getting a little upset. I can tell the team here is under great leadership due to the teamwork shown. Even with a correction needing to be made I wouldn't second guess my vehicle in their hands. Until next time keep being great at what y'all do. Thank you again for a job well done.
