They were so kind and worked so hard despite having to stay late during the holidays. Excellent service.

He was kind and patient and took a lot of tme explaining my choices. I learned more than I could have imagined about tires. James knows his stuff and is a cool guy on top of that. NTB should be very proud to have such a kind and knowledgeable manager. I love my tires and could not have done it without him. Oh yeah, I can say the same for Dave. He is very interesting and it was a great experience.

After waiting 4 hours I just wanted a new tire because I work two jobs and then told me their cheapest tire was $120 insane actually. I just wanted to get the truck outta there. But I have no idea how much the breakdown of that was as I never received a receipt either.
